You have several options for paying your FPIC premium:

• One-time annual payment
• Quarterly payments
• Nine payments throughout the policy term (requires a 20 percent down payment and then eight installments of 10 percent)  

Payments by Mail
If you pay by regular mail, please use the remittance slip and pre-addressed envelope included with your installment invoice.

If you pay by overnight mail, please use the remittance slip included with your installment invoice. Send your overnight mail payment to:

Credit Card Payments
You may pay your premium by credit card with our convenient online system. Please note that the first installment must be made by check, and then your credit card may be used for subsequent installments.
