How should I submit an incident or claim?

It is essential that you notify First Professionals immediately if an incident occurs that may lead to a claim or if a claim has been made against you. Our experienced staff will respond to any claim or incident matters on your behalf. Your prompt notification is crucial to our efforts to limit potential exposure. What are my payment options?

FPIC offers several options. They include: a one-time annual payment; quarterly payments; nine payments through the policy term (requires 20% down payment) and 8 installments of 10% thereafter.

Can I make a payment with a credit card?

Yes. We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard. The credit card payment option requires an initial installment payment by check and a credit card may be used thereafter. To make an online payment, return to the home page and click the "Make a Payment" link.

Where should I send my payment?

To send your payment via REGULAR MAIL, it is important to use the remittance slip and pre-addressed envelope that is included with your installment invoice. If you need to send your payment by OVERNIGHT MAIL, please use the remittance slip and mail it to: First Professionals Insurance Company, 1000 Riverside Avenue, Suite 800, Jacksonville, FL 32204, Attn: Policyholder Services.
